DakotaBuilt Services performs property work — rental turnovers, seasonal maintenance, exterior cleaning, facility support, senior home safety improvements, estate clear-outs and limited fleet support. DakotaBuilt Compliance keeps the record: checklists, issue tracking, maintenance due dates and reports for each property.
DakotaBuilt performs general, non-licensed property work and documentation. We don't do electrical, plumbing, gas, HVAC, roofing or structural work, and we don't perform official inspections. When a job needs one of those, the estimate says so plainly.
No report can do that on its own. Our checklists and reports record what we observed and what was done. Which rules apply to your property, and whether it meets them, is decided by the relevant authority, your insurer and qualified professionals.
Every job is quoted in writing after we understand the scope — from a site visit or photos. Recurring plans list exactly which tasks are included. Extra work is always quoted separately and never done without your approval.
