Service descriptions, checklists and other content on this site describe what we typically do. They are not an offer, a price, or a commitment to perform specific work. Scope, price and schedule are confirmed only in a written estimate that you approve.
Nothing on this site is legal, engineering, insurance, medical or other professional advice, and nothing here determines which codes or regulations apply to your property.
Requests and estimates
Submitting a service request doesn't create an obligation for either of us. We may decline a request — for example, when work is outside our scope, needs a licensed trade, or is outside our service area. No work is scheduled or billed until you approve a written estimate.
Checklists and reports
DakotaBuilt checklists and reports record visible conditions observed on the date shown and the work performed. They are not official inspections, certifications, engineering assessments or legal opinions, and they do not determine whether a property meets any code, regulation or contract requirement.
Responsibility for your property's legal, regulatory, insurance and contractual obligations stays with the owner or the party responsible under the relevant agreement.
Using this website
Please don't misuse the site — for example, by submitting false requests, attempting to access systems or data you aren't authorized to access, or interfering with the site's operation. The DakotaBuilt name, logo and site content may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
